How Avonix AI LLC handles order confirmation, processing, tracking, delivery estimates, address changes, and shipment issues.

Order confirmation and processing

After you place an order, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. That confirmation means we received your order request and payment details for review.

Orders may require payment, address, availability, or fraud-prevention checks before fulfillment begins. We may contact you if we need more information to process an order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates combine order processing time and carrier transit time. The estimate shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in later shipment updates is the best source for the current timing.

If a promised shipping window changes, Avonix AI LLC will contact you with updated timing and the options available for the affected order.

Shipping notifications and tracking

When an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address connected to the order. Tracking information can take time to appear after the first carrier scan.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact customer support with your order number so we can review the shipment status.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address or request cancellation. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment, label creation, or carrier handoff begins.

If cancellation is available, we will confirm the outcome and any refund timing that applies to the original payment method.

Delayed, missing, or damaged shipments

For delayed or missing packages, check the carrier tracking page, delivery location, and shipping address first. If the package still cannot be located, contact support with your order number.

For damaged shipments, contact support with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review replacement, return, or refund options.
