The terms that govern using the Avonix AI storefront, placing orders, and interacting with Avonix AI LLC customer services.

Agreement and operator identity

Avonix AI LLC operates the Avonix AI storefront. By browsing the site, creating an account, placing an order, contacting support, or using any customer-service feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the storefront.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Orders and delivery page, Returns and refunds page, Payment and pricing page, product information, checkout disclosures, and any additional terms shown for a specific product, promotion, payment method, or service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the storefront or place an order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, order, billing, shipping, and contact information, including an email address that can receive service messages about your order. We may rely on the information you provide to process payment, verify an order, arrange delivery, and respond to support requests.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account, order information, or payment activity has been used without authorization.

We may refuse account access, suspend account features, request verification, or cancel affected orders when information appears incomplete, inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Products, availability, and descriptions

We work to present product titles, images, descriptions, compatibility notes, specifications, pricing, and availability clearly. Product colors, packaging, dimensions, accessories, and displayed images may vary because of supplier updates, screen settings, or normal presentation differences.

Product information can change before an order is accepted. An item is not reserved until an order is accepted and fulfillment can proceed, and availability may be limited by inventory, region, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or supplier changes.

If you notice information that appears incorrect or incomplete, contact support before relying on it for a purchase decision. For regulated, safety-sensitive, or technical products, always review the manufacturer instructions, warnings, and product materials supplied with the item.

Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

An order confirmation means we received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, shipment, or availability. We may review payment authorization, address details, inventory, quantity limits, fraud-prevention signals, product restrictions, and other order information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

We may contact you for additional information, refuse an order, limit quantities, cancel an item, or cancel an order when necessary to address unavailable products, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, policy violations, carrier restrictions, or legal requirements.

If an order or item is canceled after payment is authorized or captured, we will provide the available order update and initiate any applicable refund or authorization reversal through the original payment flow where possible.

Pricing, taxes, shipping, and payment

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, duties, fees, and available payment methods are displayed during checkout where they can be calculated by the storefront or payment flow. The order confirmation is the reference for the charges accepted at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is placed. If an obvious pricing, promotional, tax, shipping, or typographical error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Payment providers, banks, card issuers, wallets, and fraud-prevention tools may apply their own authorization, verification, currency conversion, charge posting, refund posting, or dispute processes. Do not send full payment credentials by email, phone message, or support request.

Delivery, tracking, and shipment issues

Delivery estimates combine order processing time and carrier transit time. Estimates are not guarantees unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated during checkout or in a written order update.

After shipment, tracking information may take time to appear or update after the first carrier scan. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and monitoring order updates sent to the email address used at checkout.

For delayed, missing, incomplete, or damaged shipments, contact support with your order number, tracking details, photos where relevant, and the email address used at checkout. We may coordinate with fulfillment partners, carriers, or suppliers to review the available resolution.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Operational details for shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and payment questions are provided in the customer service pages linked from the footer. Those pages form part of the customer-service terms for orders placed through the storefront.

Return eligibility may depend on product type, item condition, packaging, order status, proof of purchase, safety or hygiene restrictions, promotional terms, and the instructions provided by support. Do not send items to our mailing address unless support confirms that destination.

Refunds are generally issued through the original payment method after the return or support resolution is reviewed. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may need additional time to post a refund or release a pending authorization.

Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discount codes, credits, bundles, free-shipping offers, and limited-time offers may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, region limits, quantity limits, account limits, and non-stackable terms.

A promotion is not applied unless checkout accepts it before the order is placed. Promotions have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and they may be changed, suspended, or ended when inventory, system, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons require it.

If a promotion is applied incorrectly because of an obvious error or misuse, we may adjust the order, contact you, cancel affected items, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Customer conduct and site use

You may use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping, account management, order support, and ordinary browsing. You may not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, provide false information, or use the storefront in a way that harms customers, partners, service providers, or Avonix AI LLC.

You may not scrape, data mine, harvest, copy at scale, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, test security without authorization, upload harmful code, disrupt service, remove rights notices, frame the site, or use product data, images, prices, or storefront content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may investigate activity that appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms and may restrict access, cancel orders, preserve records, or cooperate with service providers and authorities where appropriate.

Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If the storefront allows reviews, comments, photos, messages, suggestions, questions, or other submissions, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and appropriateness of what you submit.

Do not submit confidential information, full payment credentials, infringing material, unlawful content, offensive content, spam, malware, or information that violates another person's rights. We may review, reject, remove, or use submissions where permitted by the feature and applicable law.

When you provide feedback or suggestions about the storefront, products, or services, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the business without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The storefront, brand elements, product presentation, images, text, graphics, icons, layouts, software, source code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Avonix AI LLC, suppliers, licensors, or service providers.

These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the storefront for personal shopping and support purposes. They do not transfer ownership rights or permit copying, resale, redistribution, derivative works, automated extraction, or brand use without permission.

If you believe content on the storefront infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the content, the rights at issue, and how we can reach you for follow-up.

Third-party services

The storefront may link to or rely on third-party payment processors, card networks, wallets, fraud-prevention tools, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, hosting providers, email tools, customer-support tools, and product suppliers.

Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, security controls, processing timelines, dispute procedures, and operational limits. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Avonix AI LLC.

When a third-party service is required to complete checkout, delivery, support, analytics, or fraud prevention, information may be shared as described in our Privacy Policy and as reasonably needed to operate the storefront.

Site availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the storefront, account features, product listings, promotions, customer-service pages, or technical integrations at any time for operational, security, legal, supplier, or business reasons.

We work to keep the storefront available, accurate, and secure, but online services can be affected by maintenance, service-provider outages, network issues, browser differences, security events, data errors, or events outside our control.

We may correct errors, update content, change feature behavior, or remove outdated information without treating those updates as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitations

The storefront is provided for online shopping and customer support. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an as-available basis, and we do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or accessibility setting.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Avonix AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unauthorized access, service interruptions, third-party services, data errors, or use of the storefront outside these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those cases, limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions, disputes, and governing process

If you have a question or complaint, contact support@avonixai.io first with your order number, account email, relevant screenshots or photos, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the information available to us and try to resolve customer-service issues through support before they become formal disputes.

Any dispute process will be handled under the applicable laws, consumer protections, and forum rules that apply to the parties and the transaction. These Terms do not require you to give up rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page and changing the Last updated date. Continued use of the storefront after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future use and future orders, unless applicable law requires a different notice or consent process.
