How to request return eligibility review, what information we need, and how refunds are issued after review.

Starting a return

Start a return by contacting support@avonixai.io with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item back.

We review each request against the item condition, order status, product type, and any exception that applies to the purchase.

Item condition and eligibility

Items should be returned in the condition required by the instructions we provide. Depending on the product, this may include original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or serial labels.

Some items may be excluded from return or may require additional review because of hygiene, safety, personalization, clearance, or product-specific restrictions.

Return shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the instructions we provide. Do not send items to our mailing address unless support confirms that destination.

If an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, include photos and a description so we can determine the appropriate next step.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed, or after support confirms another resolution.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after Avonix AI LLC submits it.

Exchanges and replacements

If an exchange or replacement is available, support will explain the available options. In some cases, the fastest path is to return the original item and place a new order.
